Where frost is rare

Peanuts are planted in spring even in warm regions. Plant once soils warm in March-May and dig in summer or fall. Commercial growers in South Florida sometimes plant in late winter for an early market.

Zone 9Mar-May (North/Central FL); mid Mar-Apr (Phoenix low desert)

Based on UF/IFAS Gardening Solutions: plant March-May in North and Central Florida. University of Arizona AZ1005 Maricopa County calendar: seed from mid-March through April (about 5 months to harvest). UF/IFAS SS-AGR-190 (archival) says only that early plantings are made in warmer southern Florida, with no months given, so zone_10 and zone_11 are null. Peanuts are not in the VH021 Table 1. Warm-winter areas are matched to zones approximately, so use the months for your region.
